TIMOTHY J. DAVLIN TO RECEIVE FBI DIRECTOR’S AWARD FBI Special Agent in Charge, Karen E. Spangenberg, Springfield Division, in conjunction with the FBI’s Community Outreach Program, will present Timothy J. Davlin, Mayor of the City of Springfield, with the FBI Director’s 2008 Community Leadership Award on Monday, November 24, 2008. Since 1990, the FBI has publicly recognized the achievements of individuals who have made a positive impact within their communities towards crime prevention, education, and community awareness.
