FBI Special Agent in Charge, Weysan Dun, Springfield Division, is seeking information from the public regarding fugitive TERRANCE KASSES WASHINGTON.  Washington is wanted on outstanding arrest warrants, issued by the United States District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana, for Bank Robbery and Escape.

On Tuesday night, 02/13/2007, a black Dodge full-size crew cab pick-up, with an Alabama tag , was recovered on I-72, East of Niantic, Illinois, after the vehicle had become stuck in the snow.  This truck was previously stolen in Alabama.  Investigators have reason to believe Washington may have been traveling in this vehicle, and may have obtained a ride from another motorist, after the truck became stuck in the snow near Niantic. 

Washington was indicted by a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Louisiana in July, 1998 on two counts of bank robbery.  On 07/13/2003, the United States District Court in the Eastern District of Louisiana issued an arrest warrant for Washington for escape from the Tangipahoa Parish Jail, Amite, Louisiana.

Washington has been featured on America’s Most Wanted four times, most recently on 02/03/2007.

            Height:           5’08”
            Weight:           160#
            Teeth:             platinum caps on some upper and lower teeth;
            Tattoos:          “CASH” and “LIL CASH”, and a picture of money, tattooed on his
                                    abdomen;
                                    “ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE ME, DON’T GET SKULL DRUNK”
                                    tattooed on his chest;
            Scars:              left finger and abdomen;
