CHILD SAFELY
RECOVERED
On 10/19/2006, at
approximately 8:30 p.m., nine month old Saige Terrell was safely recovered
in the vicinity of Godfrey, Illinois. An Amber Alert was previously issued
for Saige, after social worker Boni Frederick was killed in Henderson,
Kentucky. In addition to the safe recovery of the child, the FBI, together
with the Illinois State Police, Alton Police Department, Bond County Sheriff's
Department, Brighton Police Department, Jersey County Sheriff's Department,
Madison County Sheriff's Department, and Macoupin County Sheriff's Department,
arrested Renee Terrell and Christopher Luttrell. The pair was arrested
near Godfrey, Illinois, without incident. Terrell, age 33, was arrested
for Kidnaping and Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution, based upon arrest
warrants out of Kentucky. Luttrell, age 23, was arrested for a Parole
violation and Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution , based upon arrest
warrants out of Kentucky.
