ST. FRANCISVILLE WOMAN SENTENCED Randy G. Massey, Acting United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, announced today that on March 9, 2007, TONI M. HART, age 42, of St. Francisville, Illinois, was sentenced in Federal Court in East St. Louis, Illinois. HART was sentenced to 12 months home confinement, 3 years probation, was fined $12,000, and was ordered to pay $19,088.76 in restitution to the Lawrence County Housing Authority. HART had previously pleaded guilty to two counts of Theft from Programs Receiving Federal Funds and one count of Making False Statements. The investigation in this case was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney George Norwood.
